Bags are packed and I’m on the train. First encounter was with the guard, had to blag the HM Forces travel card already. It’s ok, it’s great practice for the rest of the trip. I would love to say that I’m going to miss home but as you can see by the miserable picture I’m not going to. To all of you that will be staying home over the winter months, I apologise now for slagging it off, but this may be the ugliest photo allowed on the blog, unless I put a selfie up.
